Job Title: Cluster Manager

Experience & Qualification: Minimum 3 years of experience in cluster development .Post Graduate in any discipline.

Skills Required:

• Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of the development sector with a focus on cluster development including program implementation and monitoring.
  
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English & hindi communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for data analysis and project management.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning.
  
• Project Management: Planning & effective execution of cluster development projects ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local communities government agencies NGOs and businesses to foster partnerships and collaboration.
  
• Capacity Building: Facilitate capacity building activities within clusters to enhance local skills entrepreneurship and sustainable development practices.
  
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes to measure impact identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability.

• Competitive Remuneration: Salary ranging from INR 30000 to 40000 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
