Job Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant Proposal Development: Conceptualize develop and write proposals for CSR Entreprenuership skill development programs in alignment with government schemes and departmental requirements. Expertise in proposal writing and understanding of funding criteria.
  
• Project Implementation and Management: Implementation of approved projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards. Coordination with funding agencies & other stakeholders.
  
• Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track project progress measure impact and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to stakeholders demonstrating project outcomes and compliance.
  
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop project budgets monitor expenditures and ensure financial accountability in accordance with project guidelines and organizational policies. Your proficiency in financial management will support effective resource allocation and budget utilization.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any stream with a strong understanding of CSR Entreprenuership skill development initiatives and government schemes.
  
• Minimum 3 years of seniorlevel experience in an NGO or similar organization focusing on proposal development business development or program management.
  
• Excellent proposal writing skills with a proven track record of successful grant acquisition.
  
• Proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and MIS management for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
  
• Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and their integration into skill development programs is advantageous.
