You will be responsible for landscape planning design and creating planting plans. You will collaborate with clients architects and project teams to develop and implement landscape projects ensuring the successful execution of design concepts. Additionally you will provide expertise in selecting appropriate plants materials and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive landscape planning and design for various projects.
Preparing BOQ & Estimates.
Develop detailed planting plans and collaborate on landscape architecture.
Select appropriate plants materials and techniques to meet project requirements.
Present design concepts and plans to clients effectively communicating ideas and solutions.
Manage projects from conception through completion maintaining high standards of quality.
Converting clients through your design for sales.
Proven skills in landscape planning and design.
Experience in landscaping and landscape architecture.
Proficiency in creating detailed planting plans.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Knowledgeable about horticulture and various plant species.
A Master s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and other rendering tools.
Sales skills to pitch design concepts and convince clients to proceed with projects.
Independent responsibility for projects with expert guidance.
