Overview: retailcloud is seeking a seasoned Java Technical Architect to lead the design and development of our largescale backend systems. As a key member of our engineering team youll drive architectural innovation mentor developers and ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable distributed microservices using Spring Boot and Java 8.
Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and optimize caching strategies batch processing frameworks and messaging systems.
Ensure high performance and scalability of databases with expertise in SQL and query optimization.
Trouble complex issues and provide reliable solutions for largescale systems.
Introduce new architectural components and continuously improve our system architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and building largescale backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java microservices Spring Boot and messaging systems.
- Expertise in database design SQL and query optimization.
- Ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and system monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud services.
Familiarity with streaming platforms and highvolume data processing.
Proven track record of building scalable highperformance systems.
