Job Overview:
As an LMS Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate effective online learning experiences for our clients. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks from content management to system configuration and client engagement.
Job Description:
Transfer course content to various client LMS platforms such as aXcelerate Moodle Canvas and Matrix ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Adapt and refine instructional content and assessments to enhance their suitability for online delivery ensuring clarity and alignment with learning objectives.
Develop and configure courses within clientspecific LMS platforms structuring content and activities to optimize learner engagement and retention.
Customize LMS settings and configurations based on client requirements ensuring the platform meets operational needs and user expectations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their educational goals requirements and preferences for LMS functionality and content delivery.
Provide ongoing technical support to LMS users including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on LMS configurations and content uploads to ensure accuracy functionality and user accessibility.
Maintain documentation of LMS processes configurations and client interactions and generate reports on system usage and performance as needed.
Requirements
Ability to meticulously manage and organize course materials user data and system configurations within the LMS environment.
Proven experience in administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) including course creation user management and system customization.
Proficiency in HTML and coding languages to customize and troubleshoot LMS interfaces templates and functionalities as needed.Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with internal teams clients and stakeholders conveying technical information clearly and professionally.
