Job Description.
The Executive Assistant to the Group CFO will provide highlevel administrative support to the Group CFO ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling sensitive information managing schedules coordinating meetings preparing reports and serving as a liaison between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Group CFO s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings including board meetings and ensure all logistics are managed.
- Prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports budgets and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for various financial projects and reports.
- Support the Group CFO in monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage communication on behalf of the Group CFO.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
- Assist the Group CFO with special projects ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and track the progress of initiatives and projects.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the Group CFO s office is organized and functional.
- Handle expense reports reimbursements and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and reporting is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
