Job Summary: Our client is seeking to hire dynamic and resultsdriven Telesales Wealth Managers to join the team and play a crucial role in mobilizing funds for their cuttingedge investment product.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors identifying new funding opportunities and effectively conveying the compelling benefits the business investment offerings bring to investors ensuring they secure optimal rates for their financial growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and develop strategies to drive high volumes of new funds.
- Manage existing investment products and customer relationships
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product contributing significantly to the growth of the organization s investment portfolio.
- Customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Monitor fund mobilization progress and provide regular reports.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling.
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
- Represent the company at industry events to network and promote the investment product.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales Wealth Manager Deposit Mobilizer.
- Preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive Sales Associate or similar role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
