Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role: B2B Outbound Sales Agent (Life Insurance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible within clients business hours (7hrs a day/35hrs a week)


About the client:
The client has developed a digital loyalty rewards program that allows businesses to provide a digital rewards card to customers rather than a paper stamp card. Currently they are looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Agent who is a dynamic and targetdriven individual responsible for reaching out to potential clients understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with the companys other product life insurance and income protection.

Responsibilities:

Receiving qualified leads from the B2B Appointment Setter calling the prospect at a time determined by the prospect.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls emails and other communication channels.
Explaining the benefits and features of the product (life insurance and income protection) in a compelling manner addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
Creating excitement around the product
Leading the prospect through the signup process
Editing the prospects details in the dialer
Follow up calls to the prospect (new client)
Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume lead engagement and other relevant metrics

Requirements



5 years of comprehensive outbound SME or B2B telemarketing experience (typically trades people)
Experience in telemarketing in the life insurance and Income Protection Sales industry would be an advantage
Fluent in spoken English with strong written communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decisionmakers.
Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Has the initiative to make calls to prospects when not busy.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in realtime
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain longterm client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
