OVERALL PURPOSE:

This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to the companys clients through ytics and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data & AI In this role you will be expected to develop transformation vision ess vision feasibility and capability gaps plan journey management. Also transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

S AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduates
• At least 12 years of experience practicing data ytics (preferably in the BPO industry)
• Excellent Client Management Project Management and Presentation
• Ss with Executive Presence.
• Ss in any of the statistical software such as R SAS STATA Python programming etc.
• Functional Experience Good knowledge of customer and sales operations. Understands BPO Industry contact center SLAs/KPIs.
• Contact center experience and prior experience in growing a business is preferred.
• The role is open to P44

• AI knowledge is good to have.
• Have good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Predictive Modelling
