Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE:
This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to the companys clients through ytics and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data & AI In this role you will be expected to develop transformation vision ess vision feasibility and capability gaps plan journey management. Also transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
S AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduates
- At least 12 years of experience practicing data ytics (preferably in the BPO industry)
- Excellent Client Management Project Management and Presentation
- Ss with Executive Presence.
- Ss in any of the statistical software such as R SAS STATA Python programming etc.
- Functional Experience Good knowledge of customer and sales operations. Understands BPO Industry contact center SLAs/KPIs.
- Contact center experience and prior experience in growing a business is preferred.
- The role is open to P44
Good to have:
- AI knowledge is good to have.
- Have good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Predictive Modelling
OTHERS:
- Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
- Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
- Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
