We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our restaurant team. If you have a strong background in businesstobusiness event sales this role is perfect for you!
You will be responsible for promoting and booking various events including corporate Christmas parties personal celebrations and other gatherings ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
This position offers a competitive salary plus commission on events booked.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and individuals understanding their needs and offering customized event solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals and outreach to local businesses and organizations.
Proposal Creation: Develop and present tailored proposals that highlight our restaurants unique offerings and capabilities for hosting events.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients to secure bookings while ensuring profitability for the restaurant.
Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management and culinary team to ensure seamless of events from planning to dayof operations.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to enhance our event services.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance prepare reports and yze data to inform strategic decisions and improve future sales efforts.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process ensuring all client needs are met before during and after events.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal ss.
Familiarity with event planning processes and catering operations.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
