Scheduling Coordinator

This is a remote position.

• Coordinating and scheduling caregivers with clients
  
• Data entry for client and staff retention and quality assurance
  
• Data entry for new client leads
  
• Speaking to caregivers and/or clients on the phone to provide necessary information
  
• Optional: graphic design experience to assist with social media marketing
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a schedule coordinator care coordinator or staffing coordinator in healthcare settings
  
• Good critical thinking skills and knows how to work independently
  
• Must be a team player
  
• Excellent communication skills and listening skills
  
• Should have problemsolving abilities
  
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
