Job Objective: Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager who will handle all HR related issues and also support staff in achieving their full potential.
The ideal candidate will be saddled with the responsibilities of providing advisory services on issues revolving around the organization s workforce recruitment learning and development employee engagement performance management payroll benefits and leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening and interviewing.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
Conduct regular evaluations of HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Head of Departments to address staffing needs and support their HRrelated initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any related field.
57 years proven experience as an HR Manager preferably in the Media or Entertainment Industry.
Master s degree will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM certification is a plus.
