Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping, Controlling (AP & AR).
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the finance team to optimize workflow.
- Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software by following policies and procedures.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain updated payroll information.
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Managing changes in staff members' financial information if needed.
- Processing work orders, invoices, expense claims, and account payments.
- Assist in office filing system and archiving.
- SS and IT ,VAT filling .
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a similar field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Experience in Payroll software, like MenaPay, is a plus.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Working knowledge of accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong team player with solid communication skills.
