Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of healthcare products from concept through development launch and phaseout ensuring products meet market needs and achieve clinical operational and financial goals.
- Ensure the delivery of highquality products or solutions by implementing appropriate quality management processes.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets through budget management cost estimation and financial reporting.
- Provide crossfunctional leadership by leading and collaborating with teams including engineering marketing sales and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders clients and team members by managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges and use these insights to inform product strategy and development.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including customers users and senior executives to gather requirements communicate progress and align product vision.
- Tackle complex technical and business challenges using a proactive handson approach and develop innovative solutions informed by market dynamics customer needs and user feedback.
- Demonstrate leadership in both tactical execution and strategic planning and develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to achieve longterm success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or Project Management.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant project management certifications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira Asana Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 5 Mbps.
- Must be comfortable working US business hours (EST).
- Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB of memory.
