Technical Project Manager - Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of healthcare products from concept through development launch and phaseout ensuring products meet market needs and achieve clinical operational and financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of highquality products or solutions by implementing appropriate quality management processes.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets through budget management cost estimation and financial reporting.
• Provide crossfunctional leadership by leading and collaborating with teams including engineering marketing sales and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders clients and team members by managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges and use these insights to inform product strategy and development.
• Work closely with key stakeholders including customers users and senior executives to gather requirements communicate progress and align product vision.
• Tackle complex technical and business challenges using a proactive handson approach and develop innovative solutions informed by market dynamics customer needs and user feedback.
• Demonstrate leadership in both tactical execution and strategic planning and develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to achieve longterm success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or Project Management.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant project management certifications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira Asana Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Ability to identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 5 Mbps.
• Must be comfortable working US business hours (EST).
• Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB of memory.
