Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Organizational Development (OD):


  1. Continuously update job descriptions and organization charts.

  2. Develop career development opportunities and support succession planning.

  3. Conduct workload analysis and support improvements in department objectives.

  4. Participate in OD initiatives aimed at improving overall organizational effectiveness.

  5. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.

  6. Develop and implement change management strategies.

  7. Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance organizational culture.

  8. Support leadership development programs and initiatives.

  9. Collaborate with management to identify and address OD needs.


Recruitment & Selection:


  1. Obtain recruitment requests and identify criteria.

  2. Use job fairs, employment agencies, universities, and online platforms to find candidates.

  3. Screen CVs, perform profiling tests, conduct interviews, and recommend employment.

  4. Coordinate interview schedules and outcomes with departments.

  5. Prepare and communicate job offers and maintain recruitment databases.

  6. Represent the company in public events to attract talent.


Training & Development:


  1. Analyze competency gaps and develop training plans.

  2. Research and coordinate external and internal training.

  3. Handle payments and evaluations for training providers.

  4. Promote continuous learning and update training databases and HR systems.


Performance Management:


  1. Facilitate annual competency appraisals and record results.

  2. Analyze employee performance and suggest improvements.

  3. Prepare and distribute appraisal forms and guide evaluation sessions.


Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
