Job Description
- Manage Talent Acquisition activities in the company.
- Ensure all third parties are following JORAMCO’s talent selection requirements to match candidates with the job.
- Conduct interviews and ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
- Manage vacancies' timelines and outputs, and ensure compliance with the SLAs related to recruitment.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and devise strategies in this regard: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, Assessments.
- Coordinate the design of compensation offers with Talent Management as per the policies of the company and extend job offers to successful candidates.
