Main Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD):
- Continuously update job descriptions and organization charts.
- Develop career development opportunities and support succession planning.
- Conduct workload analysis and support improvements in department objectives.
- Participate in OD initiatives aimed at improving overall organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance organizational culture.
- Support leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address OD needs.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Obtain recruitment requests and identify criteria.
- Use job fairs, employment agencies, universities, and online platforms to find candidates.
- Screen CVs, perform profiling tests, conduct interviews, and recommend employment.
- Coordinate interview schedules and outcomes with departments.
- Prepare and communicate job offers and maintain recruitment databases.
- Represent the company in public events to attract talent.
Training & Development:
- Analyze competency gaps and develop training plans.
- Research and coordinate external and internal training.
- Handle payments and evaluations for training providers.
- Promote continuous learning and update training databases and HR systems.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate annual competency appraisals and record results.
- Analyze employee performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and distribute appraisal forms and guide evaluation sessions.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
