Prepares and coordinates experts visits inside and outside Jordan to facilitate their missions and support them in achieving their tasks.
Checks, through coordination with budget controller and purchase department, accuracy of PR before presenting documents to officers for signature.
Ensures the smooth circulation of the information through the sector to ensure awareness of the employees about business activities of the sector and collects feedback when needed.
Follows up and solves VIP customers / employees complains through coordination with concern parties and gives feedback.
As a contact point of the sector / department, analyzes, manages, filters and organizes the information flows (mail, phone calls, emails…) to preserve officers / managers time and orients it to the concern parties.
Acts, during officer / manager absence, by directing the flows of work to the right channels to save officers time and to ensure smooth continuity of the sector/department activities.
Collects information within the sector through informal discussion with employees to feedback officer / manager about major and relevant issues.
When required, ensures smooth arrival and integration of the new recruits of the sector / department to facilitate their work and to increase their loyalty to Orange.
Ensures that all the equipment’s needed for officers/managers daily work are available and are running well.
