Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Public Relations (PR) Manager will be responsible for managing communications between a company and its public as well as its investors and financial stakeholders.
Responsible for creating implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive public relations program that will enhance the Organizations image and position within the marketplace and the analysts and investor community.
PR Agency Management: Expertise in leading the USbased PR agencies ensuring effective communication collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. Ensuring articulation of Organizations desired image and position assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization.
Corp Comm Strategy Development: Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation Globally.
Press Release Management: Oversee the creation distribution and promotion of press releases to relevant media outlets ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of company news and updates.
Engagement with PR Agencies: Facilitate discussions negotiations and relationshipbuilding with PR agencies in India US & other geographies as required to optimize resources maximize coverage and achieve PR objectives.
PostNasdaq Listing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the PR landscape postNasdaq listing navigating regulatory requirements market dynamics and investor relations to effectively position the company and drive positive media coverage.
Advisory: Provide proactive advisory to CEO on internal and external communication strategies ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with public listing requirements. Communication processes to optimize messaging for employees media investors and other stakeholders enhancing transparency and maintaining regulatory compliance.
REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role with minimum of 15 years of experience Experience managing media relations (online broadcast and print) is mandatory. Prior work experience with US agencies is a plus Background in researching writing and editing publications Ability to interact and work with senior stakeholders including CXO level Proficient in MS Office with expertlevel Word and Powerpoint skills is ciesmandatory Social media strategies would be a plus Strong communication ability (oral and written) Excellent organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Creativity and problemsolving aptitude BSc/BA in Public Relations Journalism Communications or a related field
