Power Automate Solution Architect

• Solution Design:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Automate.
• Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for the effective use of Power Automate within the organization.
• Design scalable and secure automation workflows that integrate with various Microsoft and thirdparty services.
• Implementation and Development:
• Lead the endtoend development and deployment of Power Automate solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes including workflows data flows and integration points.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance scalability and reliability.
• Governance and Best Practices:
• Establish and enforce governance policies to maintain the quality and security of Power Automate solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers and business users.
• Stay updated on the latest Power Automate features and industry trends to continually improve automation practices.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to business users and IT staff on using Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and integrations.
• Develop and deliver user manuals training materials and technical support documentation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with IT teams solution architects and business analysts to integrate Power Automate with other enterprise systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing enhancements.

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect preferably with a focus on automation and workflow solutions.
• Extensive handson experience with Microsoft Power Automate Power Apps and related technologies.
• Strong background in software development scripting languages and integration methodologies.
• Skills:
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
• Proficiency in cloud services especially Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong understanding of data management APIs and integration technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
