Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement scalable and highperforming Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams in best practices and design patterns.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce customization configuration and integration.
• Develop and maintain data architecture and modeling in Salesforce.
• Optimize Salesforce capabilities to support business processes and user adoption.
• Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of AppExchange products and thirdparty tools.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce release management and deployment best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business outcomes through Salesforce.
• Participate in the Salesforce community and stay updated on platform advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Architecture certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex largescale Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration customization and data modeling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor Salesforce development teams.
• Deep understanding of CRM concepts and industry best practices.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing AppExchange products and tools.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions that drive business impact.
• Ability to stay updated on Salesforce advancements and apply them to business needs.
