Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Conduct outreach and engage in networking activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) software and databases.
- Participate in meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our companys solutions.
- Contribute to the development of business proposals quotes and contracts.
- Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to support business growth.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance business development skills and knowledge.
- Support the evaluation and optimization of business processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of presentations and pitches to potential clients.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate and uptodate records of business development activities and results.
Required qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.
- Demonstrated passion for and interest in business development sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the teams success.
- Basic understanding of business strategies market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
