Job Description

We are looking for dedicated interns to join our department at Team Everest. We expect you to handle and resolve support tickets related to Team Everest operations ensuring timely issue resolution. Provide excellent customer support and assist with troubleshooting and technical queries.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your main task will be helping to solve issues (tickets) that come up within Team Everest. These could be problems related to systems processes or other operational aspects.
  • You will work with the team to understand each issue find solutions and ensure things are working smoothly.
  • Communicate with other team members to keep them updated on the status of issues and fixes.
  • Document each resolved issue to help the team track progress and avoid similar problems in the future.


Requirements

  • You should have excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way.
  • A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed.
  • Any degree is accepted but what matters most is your willingness to learn and help solve problems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team.
  • Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
