Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) & Nagpur Maharashtra
Position Overview:
The Center Manager will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the center ensuring that both operational and financial targets are met. This role involves overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the center coordinating the training and development of Career Mitras and Sanyojaks and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The Center Manager will also be focused on creating job opportunities for work aspirants through industry partnerships visits and building strong local connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve mobilization targets by driving engagement and participation from work aspirants.
Manage the training coordination and growth of Career Mitras and Sanyojaks.
Oversee the financial management of the center including budgeting cost control and revenue generation.
Build and maintain relationships with local industries and employers to facilitate job opportunities for work aspirants.
Monitor and report on the performance of the center as well as Career Mitras and Sanyojaks.
Organize industry visits and field experiences to improve Sanyojaks performance.
Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and maintain a professional environment at the center.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of the center.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Social Work Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Additional certifications in project management or financial management are advantageous.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 35 years of experience managing educational centers vocational training programs or community development initiatives.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving both operational and financial goals.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively within project areas with approximately 75% of the role involving travel and 25% officebased work.
Salary : 3035k per month incentives
