Project description:
To support our team at our customer in the aviation sector we are looking for a (Senior) Systems Engineer Avionics (f/m/x) for a permanent position at Ktronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Tasks:
- Designing system architecture for one or more of the mentioned systems according to ARP4754 and ARP4761
- Taking ownership of your system(s) and managing the entire implementation cycle
- Collaborating with other departments and external suppliers to find the simplest and most elegant solutions
- Producing system documentation for your assigned system(s): requirements interfaces plans certification documentation etc.
- Writing test requirements and participating in test activities at system and aircraft level
- Managing supplier activities within your system(s) scope
- Developing challenging and continuously improving technical concepts for systems and components
Skills:
- Engineering degree (M. Eng. or M. Sc. preferred) in relevant engineering sciences required.
- More than 10 years of experience in at least one of the following systems: Cockpit Display System (ATA 31) Integrated Modular Avionics (ATA 42) Navigation (ATA 34).
- Experience in working with and managing external suppliers
- Experience with hardware and software development processes according to DO 178B/C and DO 254
- Fluency in English is essential Another plus is:
- German language skills
- Experience with modelbased systems engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with cybersecurity
- Knowledge of ARP4754
- Experience with MOC SCVTOL and civil aircraft certification in general
- Practical experience in software development and architecture
