Our client is a leading technology firm in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Follow business transition and project management.
- Implement (install configure troubleshoot support) complex/custom solutions under the Professional Services processes.
- Manage and deploy POC to customer with detailed and comprehensive strategy and plans.
- Manage risks during implementation and operations to minimize timeconsuming of software problems.
- Responsible for further technical R&D meetings with customers and solutions documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related fields / Equivalent experience / Relevant technology certifications.
- 2y experience in Enterprise IT environment with knowledge of computer network and operation systems (experience in pre/postsales role is preferred).
- Nice to have: Utilizing strong scripting skills in wellknown languages or similar scripting skills.
- Knowledge and Capabilities:
- A detailed technical and customerrelevant understanding of all provided solutions
- Strong customer satisfaction management skills
- Continuously develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solutions domain.
- Strong communication skills spoken written
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken listening and written)
