Responsibilities:

Support and maintain SharePoint Online Intranet.

Develop and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps applications.

Understand requirements stated by endusers perform detail analysis and propose the right

technical solution/design in the context of our organisations IT landscape.

Work with stakeholders to deliver internal projects from kickoff to golive.

Practising Agile/Scrum methodology to plan and deliver work projects.

Creation of reusable components Track and Manage reusable components.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficient in administering customising and configuring SharePoint Online.

Proficient in advanced capabilities of SharePoint like search knowledge management access

permissions.

Proficient in use of M365 apps such as power apps and power automate.

Proficient in optimising SharePoint Online sites for content delivery.

Proficient in interconnection between various M365 products.

Desired Technical Skills:

Advantage with experience on Copilot.

Advantage with experience on Viva Engage Suite.

Advantage with experience on presenting ideas/solutions to stakeholders to gain buyin.

Advantage with experience on managing stakeholders expectations.

Soft Skills:

Excellent Verbal and Written English communication. (Important!)

Able to communicate with and create relationships between the client and other teams working

on the project.

Work independently and take responsibility for delivery of projects.

Mentor the team with design and coding best practices.
