Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our team in Freehold NJ. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls provide information about our services address customer inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding BrandySphere’s services pricing and promotions.
• Resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines during customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Upsell and crosssell products and services when appropriate.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong multitasking timemanagement and organizational skills.
