Job Description
Are you pionate about providing topnotch customer service Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment where you can make a real difference At Promo Events we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and istance regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly ensuring a positive experience.
- Doent customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal ss.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mentality.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
