Revolution Dental Implant Center is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage patient scheduling and call conversions remotely. As the first point of contact for our patients you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient appointment bookings. What Youll Do:
Manage Patient Scheduling: Ensure seamless scheduling for patient appointments coordinating across multiple systems and calendars.
Maximize Call Conversions: Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled consultations ensuring a high show rate.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for patients providing clear friendly and informative communication.
Track and Report Performance: Maintain records of call activity and conversions identifying areas for improvement.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in customer service call center operations or patient scheduling
Strong organizational ss and attention to detail
Excellent communication ss and the ability to engage with patients in a professional friendly manner
Comfortable using scheduling software and other call center technology
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role
