Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for managing the posting schedule for videos and graphics on our social media platforms. This individual will work closely with the Creative Ops Manager to ensure timely and accurate posting of content including videos weekly recaps and special graphics. Attention to detail strong organizational skills and a passion for social media are essential for success in this role.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EDT Toronto Canada (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT) With 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities:
Post videos once approved by the Creative Ops Manager (Ryan) adhering to assigned timelines in ClickUp.
Tag and collaborate with players and creatives based on the content of the video.
Manage the timeline for weekly recap graphics ensuring quality control measures are met before posting.
Ensure pictures are of high quality and cropped correctly.
Verify the accuracy of player information.
Assess the statistical relevance of the content.
Ensure timely posting of weekly recap graphics.
Manage the timeline for special graphics including collecting nominations from commissioners and ensuring quality control measures are met.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram Twitter and Facebook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is a plus.
Passion for sports and/or gaming is preferred.
