Learning Enablement is responsible for ensuring that all learning organizations within Evernorth Hyderabad Innovation Hub are equipped with the skills tools standards services processes and expertise necessary to effectively and efficiently build their own high quality learning solutions. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for driving execution of new enablement offerings creation and maintenance of enablement materials professional skill development for our learning community coordination of service delivery community management event strategy and coordination and consultations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops strategic goals learning professional skill development in partnership with Enterprise and LOB leadership and in alignment with CLO vision for learning at Cigna
- Reimagine monitor and maintain effective website/community space that fosters engagement alignment and knowledge sharing across membership
- Sets strategy for learning community events including Quarterly Forums Just In Time Learning Sessions networking opportunities and industry conferences
- Launch and drive awareness and utilization of new tools services standards and processes
- Responds to coordinates and manages support and consultation requests
- Creates and shares common learning templates that can be reutilized by all learning functions to drive consistency and efficiency
- Guides and supports requestors through Enterprise Learning and Development s intake process
- Identify risks set mitigation plans and resolve issues
- Engage Enterprise Learning and Development Subject Matter Experts to share their relevant areas of expertise through the creation of webinars short videos podcasts postings white papers etc...
- Identifies and integrates new requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Captures documents and publishes best practices
- Perform Quality Assurance Reviews on learning solutions and provide guidance on opportunities for improvement
- Develops value added partnerships with all learning function across the enterprise to ensure understanding of challenges and opportunities. Aligns meaningful solutions for core and common needs
- Establishes a learning expertise directory of learning professionals and their expertise to provide consultation/problem solving on active projects
- Leads and executes special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Learning Professional with a minimum of 12 years experience developing and implementing learning roadmaps and solutions
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in data analysis and process improvements
- Expertise in using MS Office tools
- Proven ability to partner across functional areas
- Selfstarter with the ability to drive and complete work without significant oversight
- Organized and able to drive matrix partners to complete tasks that are on time and of high quality
- Ability to conduct Quality Assurance evaluations that lead to improved learning outcomes
