Job Description

Position: 310T Mechanic
Location: Milton ON
Wage: $37$42 per hour
Signing Bonus: $5000!!!!

Compensation and Benefits:

Vacation eligibility in the first year
Group RRSP eligibility after only 90 days (with employer matching contribution)

Annual tool allowance of $1000
Annual boot allowance of $200
100% tuition reimbursement
Paid annual MTO license renewal
Summer flex hours – Friday shift ends at 12:30 pm throughout the summer
Christmas break – Closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance repairs and major refurbishments on transit buses and highway coaches
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
Conduct inspections and document deficiencies
Work on electrical systems HVAC diagnostics drivetrain engines suspension braking and air systems

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience as a 310T mechanic
Own necessary hand tools for repairs
310T Certification required
