Transparent Search Group a leading provider of heavy equipment and machinery solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced 421A HeavyDuty Mechanic to join our Client team in Hamilton ON. We are committed to providing our clients with the highestquality service and maintenance support and we are looking for individuals who share this commitment.
As a 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic you will diagnose and repair a variety of heavy equipment including excavators bulldozers and loaders. You will also perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely and effective completion of projects
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions on time
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Keep uptodate with industry advancements and participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Valid 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic license
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with heavy equipment
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problemsolving and diagnostic skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
