What Your Day Will Look Like:

What Youll Bring to the Role:

• Education & Licensing: A valid 310T or 421A Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years experience in truck and coach repair.
• Customer Focus & Safety Mindset: A customercentric attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Strong mechanical electrical and electronic diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail.
• SelfMotivation & Integrity: Youre selfdriven take initiative and have a high degree of integrity.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must and familiarity with Caterpillar systems is an asset.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours to support business needs.
• Valid Drivers License: A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
