What You Will Be Doing:
- Safety First Always: Demonstrate safe environmentally sound and healthy work practices in support of our Health and Safety programs.
- CustomerCentric Service: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive expert technical support.
- Repair with Precision: Perform timely repairs on Caterpillar diesel engines OEM truck and coach vehicles and other equipment.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Use stateoftheart Caterpillar testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical electrical and electronic issues.
- Accurate Reporting: Complete detailed service reports and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceed Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs every time.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: You have a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years of handson experience.
- Customer & Safety Focus: Youre dedicated to safety and delivering outstanding customer service and you have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Expertise in Diagnostics: Your excellent diagnostic skills (mechanical electrical and electronic) and keen attention to detail make you stand out.
- Selfmotivation & Integrity: You take initiative work independently and demonstrate high integrity in everything you do.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must and knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a bonus.
- Flexibility: You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
- Valid Drivers License: A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
