We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Hardware Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and optimizing hardware components for our advanced battery storage systems.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop hardware solutions for battery storage systems with a focus on power electronics.
- Conduct EMC testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and improve analog and digital circuits from concept to series production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardwarerelated issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
- Design and optimize PCBs layouts for performance and reliability.
- Create requirements and test specificatioins for gapless design verification.
- Comanage and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software developers mechanical engineers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in hardware development preferably in the battery storage or power electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of EMC principles and compliance testing.
- Experience with various measurement equipment like oscilloscope spectrum analyzer.
- Excellent problemsolving skills analytic thinking and attention to details.
- Selforganized systematic and resultoriented mode of work.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Teamplayer and support others to show up their best as well as a feedback oriented individual.
