Job Description

Landa seeks an Account Success Manager (ASM) who will ensure optimum customer satisfaction with Landas Nanographic Printing presses by providing firstclass technical support to Landas growing customer base and enhancing strong customer relationships. The position is based in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Landa customers to improve the overall utilization of a Landa Nanographic Press ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Involved in customer projects from Installation to formal production guiding the customer as they ramped up the new press and developing its use throughout the process.

Work with the customer to assist in the selection of work and production best suited to the press to build the volume of sheets produced ensure the Landa promise by delivering the value proposition (applications quality and productivity)

Be Landas focal point in front of the customer: building trust with the customer and providing transparency on project progress.

Matrix management of the Account s core team which includes Tech Leads R&D Experts and Field Service Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and quick progress in performance.

Support with presales activities in the region such as demonstrations and sample handling.

Identify workflow areas that require improvement at customers tailor the workflow solution from endtoend (content submission through fulfillment) and manage the deployment at the customers premises including all aspects of the workflow solution.

Train and mentor customers on best setting up their workflow to maximize utilization of their Landa press.

Requirements :

Experience with E2E printing production environments with an understanding of the whole PSP process from raw materials logistics to waste disposal.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in graphics art and/or Packaging industry. This includes deep knowledge of content creation prepress print finishing and fulfillment.

Detailed understanding of customer applications

Experience in project management.

Capability to work in a complex environment with multiple external and internal stakeholders (customer service business). Ability to manage multiple functions in and out of the organization without authority to achieve customer success.

Great interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Capability to build a longterm relationship with customers.

Familiarity with digital print production processes and technology.

Indepth knowledge and understanding of Color Management
