Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff reimbursements and finance transactions.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and produce monthly financial statements.
- Calculate and reconcile monthly/yearly tax calculations.
Auditing and Tax Compliance:
- Assist in financial audits with external auditors.
- Handle tax confirmation letters from authorities.
- Oversee all tax and finance matters of the company.
Cash Flow and Reporting:
- Control companys cash flow receivables and payables.
- Prepare accurate journals and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank transactions and maintain audit records.
Financial Statements and Taxation:
- Prepare monthly/annual Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow.
- Stay updated with tax regulations and optimize tax compliance.
- Minimize additional tax payments through accurate tax rules adherence.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in accounting auditing finance or taxation fields.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite accounting software and database management.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in auditing accounting finance and taxation domains.
Communication and Organizational Prowess:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
- Adept at reviewing and maintaining accurate general ledger and supporting accounts.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Meticulous in maintaining organized and uptodate financial records and documentation.
Accounts Management and Tax Compliance:
- Skilled in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including invoice processing payment collection and vendor communication.
- Proficient in preparing and submitting tax returns ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations.

- Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic business acumen and decisionmaking capabilities.

Vacation:

Annual Wage Supplement:
