Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes for rotating and static equipment essential to refinery and petrochemical projects.
  • Source suppliers issue requests for qualifications and evaluate proposals to secure the best terms and prices.
  • Maintain and manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate closely with project management teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of procurement experience in the refinery and petrochemical industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing largescale projects and handling complex procurement activities.
  • Preferred experience with primary reformer manufacturers like KIRCHNER and ITT and global licensors such as KBR Casale Toyo Engineering Linde Engineering and Chinese EPC companies.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Korean is advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fulltime position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
  • The successful candidates will be based in the China Office in Shanghai and report to the Procurement Manager.

Compensation:

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
