Telco Operations Engineer MF

EURHASI is recruiting for its client a Telco Operations Engineer (M/F)

Our client is a leading historical player in the ICT & Telecoms markets in Luxemburg; which addresses both residential and business markets.

The client accepts applications requiring administrative procedures for a work authorization (residence permit work permit various authorizations etc.)

Mission

• Maintain and support our Internet / TV / Fixed voice services : act on alerts incident and customer issues
  
• Troubleshoot and lead technical customer complaints investigations in order to restore service and guarantee Quality and Customer Experience targets
  
• Manage incident communication and proceed with needed troubleshooting actions
  
• Assist external teams in provisioning telecom services as needed
  
• Act on reported alarm in our environment (Fixed & Mobile network Broadband and TV)
  
• Report incident / problems / statistics deviation
  
• Perform basic device tests before commercial launch
  
• Document processes and troubleshooting actions for the rest of the team
  

Profil

Profile

• Hold a degree in telecommunication Bachelor certificate required or similar professional experience
  
• Previous telecommunications experience on TV VoIP Broadband FTTH CloudPBX or mobile networks
  
• Followup skills must be diligent to track open items and chase down responses on open issues.
  
• Good communication skills French and English is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge in OSIX / KALIX tools will be appreciated
  

Minimum qualifications

• A degree in telecommunication Bachelor degree is required
  
• Telecommunications experience of 5 years on TV VoIP Broadband FTTH CloudPBX or mobile networks
  
• Fluent English is mandatory B1
  
• Fluent in French B1
