Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing patients to provide information about our healthcare services schedule appointments and address any inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential patients to introduce and explain healthcare services.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure attendance.

- Handle incoming calls from patients and provide them with necessary information.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries concerns and complaints.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients through effective communication.
- Educate patients about healthcare services treatments and procedures.

- Accurately enter and update patient information in the database.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and transactions.
