Job Opening for Telecalling Executive For a Leading Company in Chennai
Location: Axio (formerly Capital Float) Shyamala Towers Abbusali St Saligramam Chennai Tamil Nadu 600093
Qualification: Graduate
Experience : Fresher or 6mn to 1yr experience as a Telecollection executive.
(P.S. DRA certified candidates with or without experience can apply)
Salary: Up to 17000 INR
Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational off
We are seeking enthusiastic and Tamil/English speaking candidates for the position of Telecalling Executive. As a telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
Requirements
Language Proficiency in either EnglishTamil
Experience : Fresher or 6mn to 1yr experience as a Telecollection executive.
(P.S. DRA certified candidates with or without experience can apply)
Basic English communications
Minimum 10th pass
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle customer queries and concerns
Provide information about products/services
Maintain accurate records of interactions
