Overview:
The role of a Telecaller is crucial within our organization as they are responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone understanding their needs and offering our products or services. Telecallers play a vital role in the sales process by generating leads maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Follow call scripts when communicating with customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provide information about products or services and answer any queries
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
- Handle objections and rejections effectively
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted
- Update customer records in the database
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
