Job Responsibilities:
Engage with clients and potential clients through phone calls to provide information
about products and services.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Conduct followup calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the team to achieve client interaction goals and improve service
delivery.

Excellent Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both
verbal and written forms.
Presentable: Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client interactions.
Proactive: Ability to take initiative and anticipate client needs or issues before they arise.

scenarios and challenges.
Experience:
Freshers to 2 years of experience in client interaction roles with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
