specializes in providing highquality umbilical cord blood stem cell
processing and storage for private and public donations. The company is
based in Gurgaon and offers stateoftheart processing and storage
technology approved by international authorities.
Tasks
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Client Relationship
Executive at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Client Relationship
Executive will be responsible for business relationship management
client relations communication relationship building and account
management on a daytoday basis.
Requirements
- Client Relations and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus.
Graduates/Postgraduates from life sciences background (Biotechnology Microbiology Pharmacy Bioinformatics etc.)
