Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire quality assurance department ensuring that all products meet the companys high standards.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead a team of QA professionals providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with production design and other departments to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends standards and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends root causes of issues and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure quality expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the printing and packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies tools and techniques.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) is a plus.
