Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Role:

• Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and propose D365 solutions to meet business needs.
• Configure D365 modules to align with business processes.
• Customize the platform as per the business requirements using standard and custom tools.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers and create user manuals.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
• Work on integrating D365 with other systems and thirdparty applications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations customizations and processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Essential requirements:

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with D365 customization and configuration tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to train users and provide ongoing support.
• Experience with integrating D365 with other systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
