Role:
- Understand and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and propose D365 solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure D365 modules to align with business processes.
- Customize the platform as per the business requirements using standard and custom tools.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and create user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Work on integrating D365 with other systems and thirdparty applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations customizations and processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Essential requirements:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with D365 customization and configuration tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to train users and provide ongoing support.
- Experience with integrating D365 with other systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
