IT Infrastructure Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our team. The Consultant will be responsible for assessing client IT infrastructure needs designing tailored solutions and implementing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure architecture network design and system integration with a focus on delivering efficient and costeffective solutions that align with client business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of their current IT infrastructure including network systems servers storage and security architecture.
• Design and propose customized IT infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements enhance performance scalability and reliability.
• Develop detailed infrastructure architecture diagrams technical documentation and implementation plans for client projects.
• Implement and deploy IT infrastructure solutions including network configurations server setups virtualization and cloudbased services.
• Conduct system integration and ensure seamless connectivity between hardware and software components of the IT infrastructure.
• Perform capacity planning performance monitoring and optimization of IT systems to ensure efficient operation and resource utilization.
• Provide technical support troubleshooting and issue resolution for IT infrastructurerelated problems ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT support security and operations teams to ensure alignment of IT infrastructure projects with organizational objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management and apply this knowledge to enhance client solutions.
• Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings proposal writing and presenting technical capabilities and project solutions.
